Children who spend prolonged periods in health care settings often have low immunity. This is because they are exposed to various viruses and bacteria always lurking around these health care facilities. Health care facilities are places where people who have some infection or disease come to take treatment and if your child is in such a facility often, then its immunity will be very low as he/she would have been subjected to a number of viruses and bacteria. Moreover if they are already fighting another deadly disease then their immunity is bound to be low. Provide your children with good medications and help build up their immunity through good nutrition and exercise.
