If you believe in meditation and chakras, you can try and open all seven chakras. For this, though, you need to rest in a very silent and calm area, and try and meditate for awhile. The seven chakras are the following: the root chakra, the sacral chakra, the navel chakra, the heart chakra, the throat chakra, the third eye chakra, and the crown chakra. You need to maintain a variety of postures to open these chakras in your body, and these can be found anywhere. You also have to chant Lam, Vam, Ram, Yam, Ham, and Aum and Ng to open these chakras with the respective postures.

There are 7 chakras and each of them has its own importance on our health and mind.
To open the chakras it is importnat to start with the 'root chakra' which is at the bottom.
    - First stand straight with your feet relaxed and shoulder apart.
    - Bend your knees slowly
    - Bring your pelvis forward by carefully keeping a balance.
    - Then begin to sink your weight down.
    - Close your eyes and start deep breathing. Meanwhile relax and try to concentrate on your connection with the floor/ground.
    - Hold this position for a minute to begin with and then as and when you get a hang of it you can increase the timings.
Have also read about other methods to open the chakras like reiki, meditation, yoga and hypnotherapy and some audio tracks.
