There are several weight loss simulators that are available online and I am guessing that they are pretty easy to use. But I don't think that you will need this unless of course you are really worried about your weight. Even if you use a weight loss simulator it does not guarantee that you will lose the same amount of weight. Because our individual body chemistry is different and each of us reacts differently to different diets. Forget all this nonsense and just get on with your diet. Why are you wasting your time with simulators and all that stuff?
