Bleeding during sexual intercourse is a sign of several things and most of them are quite serious. You should not ignore these symptoms or you might make it worse. It could be a sign of STD's such as gonorrhea or syphilis. I urge you to seek immediate medical help if you are suffering from this problem. Sometimes small bud like growths can also occur in the vagina and these might break and cause bleeding. These bud like structures are soft and break easily. They can be treated easily with the help of medications. Sometimes it might be caused due to tears in the vaginal wall as well.
