Many Asian countries claim that black garlic is a beneficial and useful ingredient that prolongs life. Many such claims are made all over Asia, but black garlic is indeed a useful food item that can be added to any type of cuisine. Black garlic helps in digestion and makes it easier to break down food quickly.
Black garlic also helps in the prevention of cancer. It contains S-Allycysteine which is a compound that is found naturally and it helps in fighting and keeping away cancer. Contrary to popular belief black garlic has a sweet and clean smell as well as well as balsamic taste.

Black garlic is a fermented version of regular white garlic. Black Garlic is loaded with nearly twice as many disease-fighting antioxidants as raw garlic and also claim it has twice the health benefits too. It has more potent antibacterial properties than white garlic, and also the natural compounds (S-Allycysteine) have been proven to be a factor in cancer prevention.
