    There are many people who will give all sorts of advice on the best way to empty your stomach. Some might suggest ayurvedic medicines, while others will suggest taking some pills or laxatives. While laxatives do help, the best way I can suggest for you to empty your stomach is to drink a lot of water and liquids for a day or two. It can also be suggest to consume fruits that contain a lot of water like watermelons, papaya, lemons, etc. Fasting and staying away from any sort of junk food for a day will also help increase the process. But beware do not prolong the fast for more than a day or two, as it will be injurious to your health.

    Regular stomach cleaning is very important for our health. Some of the natural ways to empty stomach includes:
    *Drink plenty of water. Water helps move food and wastes through the digestive system. Drink two glassfuls of water alter brushing your teeth in the morning.
    *Eat 2 - 4 oranges with empty stomach. (Eat the fruit, but do not make juice.)
    *You can also eat 2 tomatoes. After that you should eat nothing for one hour.
    *Another very effective cleaning method for your large intestine is ginger tea.
    *I glass of lukewarm lemon water in the morning on an emoty stomach also helps to have regular bowels.
    *For cleansing the stomach castor oil is helpful. Before bed take 1 teaspoon of castor oil mix it in warm milk and drink.
    *Include high fiber foods like whole grains, vegetables, nuts, seeds, beans and fruits as fiber acts as a broom in the stomach.
    *Some herbs that promote cleansing and healthy digestive functioning include cumin, cardamom, fennel seeds, ginger and rhubarb root.
