I doubt that there are any specific health benefits from doing that. Why? Did you hear about something? But if you think that it makes a difference then you can go ahead and eat it. After all it is not going to cause any problem as such. But I did somewhere that drinking some apple cider vinegar before a meal will help in digestion. I don't know how far it is true but you can try it out if you like. But why do you have this obsession with eating things before food? I find it better to be normal and nor worry about such things.
