    Hi Vidya

No doubt You can use, Badam oil is very good for hair ,Vitamin E in badam oil nourishes the hair & moisturizes the scalp , making it a good oil to massage the head with for shiny , silky hair & ridding dry scalp. Vitamin E stimulates oxygen circulation to the scalp & reduces hair loss. It has Vitamin A which helps to nourish & smooth hair & helps to hair grow , strong & thick.
    At-least massaged for 3 days a week .
