There are back strengthening exercises that you can do, but you have to join a gym. The back is one of the most difficult places in the body to work with. Many of my clients have struggled with back problems and it takes time and effort to get them back into shape. I always advice them to change their sleeping posture. A bad sleeping posture can cause many problems over a prolonged period. Lying down on the back is the best way to sleep if you are worried about you back. Hyperextensions and barbells are some of the best gym exercises that you can opt for.

Hey Mamtha, What is your goal? Do you want to reduce your back fat, do you want to just tone your back muscles, you want to build back muscles? The exercise plan would have different effects on back exercises. So please specify your goal.
