Back pain is usually related to muscles weakness or problems. If you want to treat the pain in the back then you must first identify the problem. If you are a sportsman then there is a good chance that you might have pulled a muscle or something. My brother is a semi pro basketball player and he suffers from back injuries all the time. Icing the affected area is the best way to deal with this problem. Generally over the counter drugs and medications are sufficient for dealing with back pain. if it is a serious problem then only as professional will be able to help you.
