    entirely ! soups when made in as minim um of fat as possible , and are vegetable based , they have all the gpoodness of veggies as well satisfy the hunger and increase BMR also . hence they can be consumed in large quantity also . but avoid the fried bread crums in it. make the soups at home , as ready made mixes or hotel soups contain huge amount of corn starch, so make it at home without the corn flour and iut is great to be consumed.

    I agree completely.. soups are good for health only if made without using too much of fat,corn starch and cream. They have whole some goodness when prepared freshly at home using different vegetables or even adding some healthy animal foods.

Your immune system needs more of vitamins and minerals to increase metabolism & for proper function.so make it a point to eat more soup to get the health benefits of it.
