entirely ! soups when made in as minim um of fat as possible , and are vegetable based , they have all the gpoodness of veggies as well satisfy the hunger and increase BMR also . hence they can be consumed in large quantity also . but avoid the fried bread crums in it. make the soups at home , as ready made mixes or hotel soups contain huge amount of corn starch, so make it at home without the corn flour and iut is great to be consumed.
