    saturated fats , should bee taken in limitation .they can be bad because when eaten in excess, these fats have a tendency to adhere to the blood vessel, increrasing the cholesterol levels in the blood, if too much fat sticks to the blood vessel , itr cxan cause high blood pressure as well as formaytion of a fat cluster , will depriove tht cell of the normal blood flow, leading to cardiac attacs . hence its best to avoid these fats as much as possible , maintain the ratio of PUFA: MUFA:SFA. which is 1:1:1

    I agree completely...saturated fats derived from animal fats are more harmful for hearts health. They should be consumed in moderation. Ghee,butter,whole milk,cream,cheese,khoya,egg yolk,red meat are some of the forms of saturated fat.
