    Why would you even ask that question? How else can a child be raised in a normal environment. Married parents are most definitely required for a child and even teenagers require married parents. If you have grown up in a house with married parents then I’m sure you appreciate the gravity of the situation. Children are extremely vulnerable and teaching them the right values in important. This is possible only if the parents are married and the relationship is stable. Hope this helps, and do get married before you have a kid. 
