Apricots are used all over the world in cooking and the following list is a mix of continental, Indian and other Asian recipes.
• Amaretto apricots
• Apricot bread pudding
• Apricot cake
• Apricot curry prawns
• Apricot carrots
• Apricot sauce
• Candied apricots
• Chocolate amaretti apricots
• Bakes apricots in almond cream
• Chinese duck sauce and apricots
• Apricots dipped in chocolates
• Cornish hen with apricot, balsamic sauce and port
• Dried apricot pudding with Star Anise
• Fresh apricot soufflé
• Apricot nut bread
Try them out one by one and let me know how it goes.
