Hey Ruchi, In this fast moving life, we have thousand of working options around us to deal with our disorders. Telephone based consultation is the alternative to face to face meeting and not substitute. I recommend to go for a face to face meeting ,as doctor can understand you much better analyzing your behavior and emotions.
