Why? Do you have an exam coming up? Don't worry, we have all been there and I myself have experienced horrible panic attacks. (This usually happens before any math exam). Some of the symptoms panic attacks are:
    • Increased heart beat
    • Sweating
    • Tremors and twitches
    • Stomach upset
    • Dizziness
    • Shortness of breath
    • Insomnia
    • Headaches and fatigues
    • Tension in the muscle
    • Frequent urination and diarrhea
You need to be able to relax your mind and calm down. You can achieve this with simple yoga style medications. Taking deep and long breaths always helps.
