Always thirsty and tired

I'm always thirsty and tired. Is it due to summer heat ?

    It is possible. If you live in a dry place then there is a god chance that the heat id drying up your throat. Generally places that are hot and dry make your throat dry. But humidity can make you sweat and lose lots of fluids as well. So you need to keep drinking lots of water and also avoid eating too much starch and carb filled foods. Fruit juices and vegetables juices are also an excellent idea during the summer. Add lots of ice and you will feel refreshed and clean. You may also eat ice creams and things like that.
