The Aloe Vera plant has long pendulous flowers, which are light green when young, and on maturity become bright yellow. For centuries, Aloe Vera flower and leaves have been used for many medicinal purposes. The juice obtained from Aloe Vera flowers can applied on allergy and skin inflammation, in order to reduce the pain and irritation. When applied externally, it also reduces perspiration and body odor. When consumed internally, Aloe Vera juice increases blood flow, removes toxic substances from the body and facilitates bowel movement. Aloe Vera flowers are a constituent of many soaps and cosmetics, due to ability to remove dead cells from the skin and also moisturize it.
