Times have becoming demanding where each one of us is expected to fulfil a task with perfection in a given period of time. If a sales manager has to give a near to perfect presentation in front of his board members then a housewife has to manage the household chores and kids with equal dexterity.

    Present life style is like very fast & very stressful life & timeless life to spend with our close ones & with friends.

    For stress relief tips :

    * Some of herbs are also beneficial for stress. These include tulsi, triphala, ginger, ashwagandha, ginseng and amla. You can add some of them to your daily tea.

    * Brisk walking is the easiest, and no less effective, than any other form of exercise that relieves stress. Walk at least 30 minutes a day.Other exercise like yoga , Aerobics helps to relives the stress.

    * Listing songs is also one of relieving the stress.

    * Close your eyes and think of the people you love the most. Recall all good memories in the past and feel good about it.

    * Reduce the intake of alcohol, smoking, caffeine foods.
