Acne is a complex problem. There is no definitive cure for acne but yes there are treatments in which acne can be successfully controlled. acne on back of head can be can be controlled by use of many medicines which you may find at a nearby drug store. Many medicines would have some side effects on your skin, so before using any such medicines or ointments consult your dermatologist for proper help. Most importantly maintain hygiene, do use fingernails on the pimples or do not prick the pimples as it may cause further infection to the area near to the infected one.

    Hey Niharika,
Most, but not all head aches are muscular tension. Try a warm compress to the neck and shoulders and then stretch. Of the many types of head aches, there are cluster , migraine (predominently, these are suffered more by women than men) and muscular tension. Others can be caused by simple things such as eye strain. If a head ache persists, you should consider seeking professional medical help. There could be underlying organic causes and contributing factors such as various disease processes that may need addressing.
