Abductor stretches

What are the various positions to do hip abductor stretches?

    Hi Anuja,
    Abductor stretching can be done in standing position itself.
    * Stand straight and cross legs
    * Lean towards the foot that is behind the other and if you are not comfortable then hold something to balance.
    * Hold this position for 20 counts and repeat this same on other leg.
    Do this stretch whenever you get time or atleast do this stretch twice in a day.

    Hey Anuja,
    As Bhavini told, Stand upright, cross one foot behind the other and ensure proper balance. Now lean towards the back most foot until you feel the stretch and hold it for few seconds. Return back to upright position and repeat the stretch on the opposite side. Watch out this video to get clear picture:
