a glass of carrot + tomato juice once in a day helps beating stress and also maintaining the right blood pressure. if the stress is due to hormonal imbalance , thn taking this juice in continuation everyday, will help in coping up with this situation as well, specially in women.

I think the best way to beat the stress would be by listening to the music u like and enjoy.. Another way would be cleaning.. I generally start cleaning my room/ house when i am completely stressed out (listening to music, of course)..

When You are in stress you feel cravings towards sweets if you feel like that it is okay to take something in little amount like a piece of chocolate...It helps to cut down the response of cortisol hormone before they gets out of control..And definately you will feel better..
