During this month the baby would require at least 2 naps in a day and this will continue up till the baby reaches its 7th or 8th month. On an average the baby needs 14 hours of sleep, whereas some babies may sleep on for 9 hours ranging to 18 hours also. Average amount of sleep in day time will be 3-4 hours. Some babies can take only 20-25 minutes of nap too and some take longer. If you feel the naps are interfering with your baby's bedtime, you can wake the baby from an afternoon nap a little earlier. In case baby is very tired then let him/her sleep for whatever time they want to.

Hi Nishtha , there is no same sleeping schedule of a 4 month old baby , every baby is unique and they all have different time tables so there is no specified schedule for sleep as such. rest manasi has given some good info about how long will the baby sleep
