Sleep is very important to maintain healthy life.
For better sleep:
1. Drink warm skimmed milk + turmeric powder daily before going to bed.
2. Acai berry has many health benefits which improves mental clarity & promotes the sound sleep.
3. Avoid plenty of liquids in the evening times.
4.Avoid high intake caffeinated drinks.
5. Avoid spicy, too oily foods in the dinner times.
6. Always think happy thoughts, listen soft & good music. Choose little & easily digestible dinner.
7. Do some walk after dinner for good digestion & good circulation which improves good sleep.
