    Clear you mind! I know how you feel. I have been an insomniac for many years and I have had difficulty sleeping. It feels like your mind is always running on a motor and when your body is sleeping. There is nothing much that you can do and the best bet is to try and clear your mind and focus. Thinking about too many things is one of the main reasons for lack of sleep. Also remember that you need to stay away from caffeine during the nights. Always go to bed with happy thoughts, this is a good way to ensure sleep.

    I agree, or you can listen to some good soothing music or go through some good novels or any magazine.

    Sleep is very important to maintain healthy life.
    For better sleep:
    1. Drink warm skimmed milk + turmeric powder daily before going to bed.
    2. Acai berry has many health benefits which improves mental clarity & promotes the sound sleep.
    3. Avoid plenty of liquids in the evening times.
    4.Avoid high intake caffeinated drinks.
    5. Avoid spicy, too oily foods in the dinner times.
    6. Always think happy thoughts, listen soft & good music. Choose little & easily digestible dinner.
    7. Do some walk after dinner for good digestion & good circulation which improves good sleep.
