    Stop calculating the amount of weight you can lose through a fast as this is quite hard to do. People have different metabolisms and different rates of losing weight. You can follow a low carb diet for immediate weight loss, but this is not a healthy option. You can opt for a low fat diet that'll eliminate all the excess fat from your system and this is quite healthy. Quit eating junk food and quit smoking and drinking coffee. Start eating healthy fruits and vegetables and plan out an exercise regimen. Be patient, weight loss takes months to work out.

    Weight loss by fasting is first of all is not all advisable. Even if you do, there will be initial loss, but as soon as you get back to normal diet, the weight that you have lost will rebound back. A proper well planned diet, exercise and lifestyle will give weight loss which is sustainable. Always follow that kind regime that you can follow for a longer period of time.

    Hi Matt,
    Dont go for fast weight loss. It would end up with lack of nutrients in your body so better loose weight with the help of exercising and healthy dieting.
