How much weight can I lose with a 3 Day Work Out?

    Not much! I am sorry to disappoint you but I am pretty sure that you will not lose much weight after just three days. Unless you are planning to spend 24 hours a day in the gym, (which is not possible) nothing is going to happen. You will need at least a minimum of four to six months of hard work in the gym to be able to lose around 5 kilos. On an average you will lose one kilo a month if you work out for 2 hours every day. And this is much more difficult than it sounds. Good Luck!

    Well, 3 days is not enough, if you really want to see positive results you need to have patience and give some more time to see weight loss happening. Even if you are losing weight in 3 days (how much ever it is), there has to be consistency in anything and everything you do so that you are in that mode of fitness all the time because being healthy is also important rather than just losing weight so fast.
