Is a 3 Day A Week Work Out effective?

    As far as workouts go, you can try anything as long as it's not too intense and adversely affects your body. But the workout that you have specified here is actually one that people use to gain weight and not lose weight! The three day workout is a very popular workout that bodybuilders indulge in three times a week, so as to pack some muscle and to tone their body. It's hard to lose weight under this workout. There are three day diets for losing weight, but these are also not very good options and they'll result in some drastic weight loss.

    The number of days to do the exercises will depend upon what kind of exercise form you want to follow and the level at which you are beginning with. Usually for beginners, try to do the exercises for 2-3 days a week. There has to be a stat from somewhere. But I don't think only 3 days a week exercise regime will be that effective. Initially it is fine, but as and when you manage time and start liking what you do, make it a habit to follow everyday to get good results.

    Hi Deepika,
    3 day workout would be effective and it is designed especially for the peoples who have less time. But as you are doing only 3 days in a week you need to keep your workout as vigorous as possible. Try to include all sort of exercises in this workout and make it a hard core. In starting you can only start with cardio training exercises and later you can add some weight training exercises too according to your body composition.
