    15 pounds in 7 days is just impossible and is also unhealthy. Loosing so much of weight in 7 days can be just a miracle. Crash diets helps to loose weight faster but your body will end up with muscle and nutrients loss which will decrease your body immunity too. So rathe targeting 15 pounds in 7 days we can try targeting loosing maximum of 4 kgs in a month which will be a healthier choice. We can loose this weight by doing aerobic exercises and a little bit of resistance training exercises. Aerobic exercises helps you to reduce your body fat percentage while weight training exercises will help you to tone up your body at a same time. You need to keep patience for results.

    Hi Ambika,
    I agree with Bhavini. To lose 15 pounds in 7 days, is not possible naturally, if still you want to go for then surgeries are the only option left. Surgeries like gastric bypass, gastroplasty, Liposuction etc. can be done to lose weight, but all these surgeries comes with complication and there is no Guarantee that further weight gain will not be there. The best and safest way is an holistic approach of low caloric diet, regular exercises and active lifestyle.
