What does that mean? Your question does not make any sense. What does 10000 steps calories loss mean? There are several steps that you can opt for to lose weight and all of them include exercise and diet. If you want to lose weight then you should try eating healthy foods such as whole grains and fruits. Fruits such as apples and grapefruit are very useful for burning fat in the body. You can also go in for high protein diets and juice diets. Other than that there are other options such as lean meat and fish diets as well.

Are you try to find an answer to: Will climbing 10000 steps help to lose any calories??? If yes, then the answer is YES. Stairs climbing is certainly a good way of exercising and losing down calorie count.
The exact amount of calories you will burn walking 10,000 steps will vary depending on a number of factors, these would be:
    -Your weight 230
    -Height
    -Age
-The terrain you are walking on. (flat, hills, etc)
    -Your walking stride
    -Your pace
But, the average calories burned is between 300-400 calories.
