    Why do you need ten? Ill give you a few good tips.  Of course, none of these are guaranteed to work and it depends on your body chemistry. Have you tried the legendary acai berries? Apparently they are a super food and they help in burning fat in no time. Many of the top actresses are using the acai berries. They are available in the amazon jungles of Brazil. Other than that, you can join swimming, krav maga, yoga, tai chi and belly dancing classes and hope to lose weight. I know it doesn't sound like much but these are some of the easiest ways to lose weight

    To loose weight it is extremely necessary to have a combination of healthy diet and regular exercises. Exercises should consist more of cardio training exercises like swimming, skipping, brisk walking ,jogging, running, etc.
