Good question... it's great that you're putting in so much thought about your child's daily activities! Studies have shown that babies who are ten months of age need at least 14-15 hours of sleep every day. You'll find it hard to keep your kid tucked up for so long, though, as you kid will always find a way to escape but you can try and get your kid to sleep for 12 hours at least. Make sure that your ten month old baby sleeps during night time, as this is the most peaceful time when noises will be at an all time low.

Most of the kids by the age of 10 months get sleep about 11-14 hours per day. Younger babies have a habit of taking 3-4 naps per day but as they start growing they shed the naps to 2 per day. Try to give some sleep training if the baby has still not settled down with the regular timings. The training helps the baby to sleep longer and untroubled during night. Teach the baby difference between day and night, by making them realize that the days are bright and stimulating whereas nights are quite and dark (by reducing the noise and surrounding lightings).
