    hi, im padma, the information on health myths debunked is very good. i understood from a friend that water intake doesnt count your other fluid intake except plain water? would u clarify more on that? is it really true?

    Hi Padma.. When u say water intake, it is just water. But if u mean to say fluid intake then it does include water, juices, buttermilk, coconut water, etc.. The total fluid intake in a day (particularly in summers) have to 2.5 - 3 lts, out of which atleast 2 lts of it has to be plain water..
