    Have you tried out any natural remedies that can cure all wrinkles and keep your face smooth? You need to do some more research on that front.     When aging strikes and those wrinkles and dark spots appear, one remedy quickly comes to mind - anti-wrinkle creams! A lot of women as well as men use wrinkle creams.
    Skin wrinkles naturally appear as an effect of aging processes such as glycation or temporarily as the result of long-drawn-out immersion in water. Wrinkling in the skin is brought about by regular facial expressions, sun damage, aging, poor hydration, smoking, and several other factors. With prolonged water exposure, the outer layer of skin starts to absorb water. However, the skin does not expand uniformly. This makes the skin wrinkle in certain spots.
    However, the skin itself looks almost perfect. Wrinkle creams will soften the wrinkles and some will, in time, reduce them. So before buying any cream look for following information:-
    *First, look for a wrinkle cream that will actually nourish and heal your skin, rather than one that just hides wrinkles.
    *You also need to know what ingredients are in the products. Look for a wrinkle cream that contains antioxidants. Antioxidants help protect the skin from sun damage and help skin cells repair themselves.
    *Finally, look for a wrinkle cream made from all natural ingredients.

    But its always better to prevent wrinkles in the first place.
    *Eat a diet rich in antioxidants (eg. berries, whole grains, broccoli, and garlic etc) to help the skin protect and repair itself.
    *Eat plenty of raw fruits and vegetables, as well. They contain live enzymes that are necessary for skin health.
    *Drink plenty of water. Dehydration leads to wrinkles and dry skin.
    *Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun. It can cause wrinkles and discoloration of the skin.
