    Abdomen crunches! Do you know how Cristiano Ronaldo got a perfect six pack? The answer is 1000 crunches a day. Yes, you heard me right, 1000 crunches a day. It might sound a bit too much and you don't have to do so many, but you have to start with at least 100 crunches a day. Over a period of a month or so, you will get a flat and hard stomach and you will be the envy of all your friends. It is an extremely difficult task and takes a lot of mental effort. Be prepared to put in the hard yards.

    Hey Pushti, I don't agree with you, the first rule to get a flat stomach is get rid of excess fat which can be effectively done with aerobic exercises. Ab crunches will help you to tone and strengthen your abdominal muscle but our first concern is to lose tummy fat.

    Hi Stuti,
    Aerobics aerobocs and aerobics exercises are the only way to loose tummy fat. Any flat tummy workout dosent only include tummy resistance exercises but it should also include some cardio training exercises to normalize your body fat percentage. Once your body fat percentage is in normal level we can work on toning your tummy muscles by doing weight training exercises. Weight training exercises are like crunches, reverse crunches, heel touch, oblique crunches, abbs cycling etc. We need to do these exercises for 30 min in a day for better results.
