This question is very vague, to start with. There's no way that you can do that calculation without specifying the size of the clove! Before you try and deduce the amount of minced garlic, you'll need to first see the size of the clove and determine the amount of minced garlic that'll make up for it. Going by standard sizes, half teaspoon to one teaspoon of minced garlic can equal one small clove of garlic. One teaspoon to one and a half teaspoons of minced garlic can equal one medium sized clove of garlic. A large clove of garlic will equal up to two or two and a half spoons of garlic.
