What type of snacks? Snacks are always high on calories and no matter what you make you will be consuming some amount of calories or the other. Even low cal substitutes contain a certain amount of calories and you cannot shy away from this. The only thing you can do is to avoid eating snacks of start eating fruits and salads that are much lower in calories than say things like chips or pretzels. I agree, every food item contains some amount of calories. However, you can have a choice of having healthy snacks which is low in calories or snacks loaded with calories. You can very well fruits which are low in calories and which is the safest option. Apart from that you can have steamed sprouts, corn etc.
