Every day i fell pain in my legs lower portion. Why is it so. Is it because of loss of iron due to heat or any other reason.

    Hi Ankur,
Can you be more specific about location i.e is it calf or ankle ? Also, tell me what kind of pain you get, is it a cramp like pain ? Apart from pain is their any swelling or tenderness over there ? Do you have a habit or history of smoking ?

    Hey Ankur,
As of now, it will be hard to say what could be the possible reason until we do physical examination and proper assessment. But, try with some simple exercises and stretches. Especially calf stretches, hamstring stretch, static quads and hams, etc. Keep your body hydrated and drink plenty of water, fresh juices to maintain proper hydration and electrolyte balance. Get sufficient amount of sleep. In case, you have severe pain consult your physician and get necessary check up done.
