How to Cure Mouth and Throat Ulcers ?

I get Ulcers in mouth and Throat frequently. Once cured they resurface very quickly. In order to prevent them I try to take diet that can keep my stomach cool, glass of warm milk at night, avoid spicy food etc. How can I effectively cure them.

Appreciate any advice.
Thanks
Amit

    Amit,

Ulcers are also caused due to constipation. Yeah...its sounds strange but it is true that if you are constipated you get ulcers in your mouth. If you are constipated, try fix it and ulcers will go themselves.

    Hi
    Home remedies for mouth ulcers.

Papaya is an extremely good fruit to be consumed when you have mouth ulcers.

Turmeric is also a cooling agent as this helps in relieving mouth ulcers. It is mixed in water and the suspension can be used for gargling for mouth ulcers treatment.

Grate some fresh coconut or eat dry coconut . Extract the milk and gargle with this 3-4 times a day.

Chew on 5-6 tulsi and sip some water. Repeat 5-6 times a day.
