    Hi Manoj Kumar

U need to include more of protein foods which is necessary to build & maintain muscle so you don’t get skinny + fat. Protein also satiates and has the highest thermic effect. Eat a whole protein source with each meal: beef, poultry, fish, dairy(low fat), whey, soya beans, sprouts as wel as fruits, vegetables, normal calories, add good fat diets.
Next coming to physical activity -u need to do cardio to speed up the fat loss for 30 mins & high intensity exercise for 20 mins .

    Hi Manoj,

The best way of getting rid oof fat, and not weight , is by working out.Anaerobic exercises utilises fat faster and better. strength training, weight lifting are the kind of exercises, which will help u burn your fat and give a good tone to your muscles. also make sure you take good quality protein foods as suggested by sujeetha, this will help in increasing the muscle mass, and decreasing the fat mass.
