They most definitely are. Yoga is one of the best methods staying fit and many celebrities are opting for this these days. But the problem lies in finding a license and skilled yoga master. If you learn from a fraudster then it will not have any effect. Other exercises such as mountain biking and swimming are ideal for staying in shape. My sister is obsessed with the zero figure and she swims almost every day. This helps her stay fit and she never seems to put on any weight. You can also opt for any martial art or fight training based exercises.

    Hey Bhavya,
Yes of course, Exercises and yoga can help to keep you fit. They are meant to improve your endurance and power. Exercising is a great stress buster and the best way to stay fit and energetic throughout the day. You are likely to perform better in various other realms and will also be able to maintain a balance between work and health. Your conscious efforts will enable you to achieve your goals faster. So, even if you end up deterring a couple of times, keep making an effort until you succeed.
