Treadmills are machines that are ideal for working out. Since treadmills are available for sale as individual pieces you need not go to a gym to workout. You can buy a treadmill and use them at home itself. In fact a second hand treadmill is quite cheap and if you can pick up one then it will be very useful. Treadmills allow you to run in an inclined plane as well. This will help you burn more calories. You can also adjust the speed at which you run. Start slow and increase your speed as you go along. Good Luck!

    Hi Deepti,
Motorized treadmills are easy to use and more accessible and comfortable to use. First day dont go for any programmes, just go for quick start and in following days after a week of regular workout on treadmill you can go for fat burn programme or cardio programme as per your goal. Once in a week go for interval training programme. Rather sticking to any particular programme on treadmilll, better to keep on changing your programmes to avoid getting used to any programme.
