Yes I can! A proper exercise regime has to include the following aspects.
    • One hour of cardio, which involves cycling, rowing, jogging and swimming.
    • One hour of strength and weight training exercises and this should include bench presses, dumbbells and other weights.
    • Half an hour of either martial arts or yoga, depending on what you prefer.
    • Finally finish it off with about 20 minutes in the sauna and steam room.
You can alter the timings and length of each of these sessions according to your requirement. There are several different exercise plans that are available as well.

    Hi

One should do any kind of cardio exercise for 30-455 mins in a day & simple exercise for 20 mins in a day to maintain the health. Along with exercise try focus on diet also which is balanced diet with right amount of nutrients. Drink plenty of fluids as in water form or fruits juice without sugar & veg juices to maintain dehydrates.

Hey Surabhi... Any exercise plan cant be proper without knowing an individual"s exercises intensity, weight, height, BMR, etc. So, knowing these all things we can prepare a balanced exercise plan.
