I hope you are a woman! :) If so then yes you can opt for a women specific gym. There are no significant benefits that you may entail from this, but if you don't feel comfortable in a unisex gym then this is a good option. Moreover all the trainers will be women so you might be able to interact with them better and pick up better tips. There is no room for sexual harassment in a women specific gym as well. Other than that you might also make some good friends when you are working, and this might not be possible in a unisex gym.

Hey Nandita, Women gym as said by Amika has no additional benefits than unisex gym. So, its upto you that if you are not comfortable with unisex gym, then you can surely go for women"s gym. There you can even find lady trainers to whom can easily discuss your concern areas to workout.
