Will dancing help me lose weight?

    Yes ,Dancing is indeed a kind of aerobic exercises which includes in cardiovascular exercises. Depends on dance style and form, weight of an individual and also on a physical fitness of an individual as calorie burning will depends on these factors. The more vigorous you dance, more the calorie you will burn.Also, its not necessary that you need to do a perfect dance but its just that we need to move around using all parts of our body. So if you are a dancer or love to dance then go ahead with some crazy steps and open your door to burn more calories.

    Yes of course it will help you to loose weight. Dancing are of many forms extending from low intensity dancing to high intensity dancing. More high impact dancing you do using your whole body ,more calorie you would burn.

    Hello Sujatha,
    I feel nothing is better than dancing to lose weight. Apart from being a good form of aerobic exercises it is also one of the recreational activity which can help you to keep your stress levels under control. Best part is, one can be more regular with dance as compare to other aerobic exercises and regularity is the key to success.
