Fitness dosent mean only physical fitness ,but it also includes Social, Mental and physical fitness. Social fitness is when you are having healthy relations with other peoples around you ,Mental fitness is when you are not surrounded with stress and worries and Physical fitness means ,you should be able to carry on daily activities without undue fatigue. But actual physical fitness is considered in two ways, one is general fitness, and other is specific fitness.General fitness is considered to be overall body fitness that is endurance and strength, body composition should be good enough according to individuals age and sex. Specific fitness relates to keeping a particular goal to improve the flexibility, endurance or strength of an individual for some specific sports.
