Best exercises to burn calories is generally cardiovascular exercises. Exercises includes two types of exercises like resistance exercises and Cardio exercises. Depending upon the persons goal ,they are suggested to do some exercises more frequent then other exercises .The reason behind is that resistance exercises helps improving BMR and toning up our body and burn calories by increasing some muscle mass while cardio workout increases our calories burning so also reduce fat percentage.If you want to work on your fitness then we need to have a balance of both types of exercises i.e Resistance exercises and Cardio activities..
