We can increase our performance and can cover more distance. While running we should take care about our posture .We should look straight so as to keep our neck straight and avoid any stress on the neck muscles. Also ,Keep your back straight and dont lean forward so as to avoid any stress to your back. Keep your shoulders retracted a bit so as to inhale more oxygen and increase muscles performance and keep your arms bend from elbows at your waist line.

The distinguishing characteristic of the pose running technique is that the athlete lands on the midfoot, with the supporting joints flexed at impact, and then uses the hamstring muscles to withdraw the foot from the ground, relying on gravity to propel the runner forward. This style is in clear contrast to the heelstrike method that most runners deploy and which is advocated by some health care professionals.
