Fitness training is in which we work more for our developing fitness of body.Fitness training includes proper healthy diet and a good exercises plan so as to reduce fat percentage but we need to improve our muscles strength and endurance of muscles. It can be improved by doing cardio exercises as well as do the resistance training exercises .Cardio exercises includes Swimming, Running, Jogging, Brisk walk, Skipping ,etc. These cardio activities helps reducing fat from our body and build endurance of the heart while the resistance training exercises like Crunches, Reverse crunches, Lunges, Squats ,etc helps building up muscles mass and improve BMR and increases strength of our body. So its really important to have a balanced workout plan so as to improve or fitness.
