Proper pre-planned workout in a gym along with proper diet will help you to achieve your goal . Just follow the simple tips to reduce the weight.

    (a) Exercise plan should be a combination of aerobic exercise to burn fat and to burn calories and strength training training to maintain your lean body mass that is muscle.

    (b) Along with that proper warm up before exercise and proper cool down is important to avoid injuries.

(c)Avoid overdoing of any exercise and if any discomfort , stop that exercise.

(d)Exercise plan cannot be a generalized plan , as it varies from individual to individual depending upon your height , weight , current fitness status etc. Ideal fitness plan is individualized .

    Hi Suguna,
One hour gyming is really enough to reduce weight. This one hour your can either keep weight training and cardio alternate or you can keep 45 min of cardio and 15-20 min of weight training.
