1. Sharing secrets- you should share your secrets with your partner that is difficult to share with any other person. Sharing secrets with your partner requires full faith on your partner.
2. Blindfold Walk- you should guide your partner with speech and touch. You should exercise or walk in a park blindfolded with your partner guiding you.
3. Open Communication-it is necessary to have open and proper communication with your partner. You should share each and everything with your partner for someone else. This type of sharing with your partner for someone else will lead to a feeling of trust and bonding.
